YOGA AS LANGUAGE FOR MORE BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE

Do you treat yourself with kindness?

With yoga, you not only work on yourself, but you are also able to unlock channels to connect with others. However, the process always starts within you: finding a positive dialogue with your body, with yourself, treating yourself with respect and kindness and finding a loving non-judgmental self-awareness is what you practice on the mat and will take into your life.

For the DAY OF LANGUAGE I was invited to create a podcast. Today I would like to share it again with you, to sum up this year´s content.
