Als freie Austauschplattform ist der Upload und Download gleichermaßen frei und ohne Gebühren zugänglich und verwendet zum Schutz der ProduzentInnen das Lizenzierungsschema der Creative Commons.
The Cultural Broadcasting Archive is the digital audio archive of the free radio stations in Austria. Via the platform program makers publish and sustainably document their radio shows, interviews etc.. and makes the audiofiles freely available to the public.
Since 2001 it became an important tool for audio exchange between the Austrian Community Radios and is a big pool for alternative press coverage.
